Cupid Loves Credit Cards

Satirizing our overly commercialized holiday of romance, the rounded, pudgy, and slightly cheesy lettering mimics the rosy cheeked and arrow shooting character of love-Cupid. While playful and fun, the illustration ridicules a billion dollar holiday that becomes more business than romantic every year. As handmade cards and genuine gestures of love become a thing of the past, Cupid is sending out larger credit card bills and longer receipts in place of his traditional love dowsed arrows.
